What you can expect from us

​1) You will be adopting a pedigree Sphynx kitten/cat that meets all the breed standards. Our kittens/cats are socialised, healthy, litter box trained, training wheel trained . They are registered with the cat associations : GCCF & TICA and have many champions bloodlines in theirs pedigree.

2) You will received copies of all parents health tests which include: DNA Test results for over 70 genes including: HCM (Please remember that this gene is autosomal dominant, which means that only one affected copy of the gene leads to HCM in the future), CMS (Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome), BHK,  HR ,  GSD4 , PKD , PRA ,  PK-Def , SMA and many others -> Full list of the genes we are testing is available in "Our Queens and Studs" section.

Apart of above, annual HCM Scans of parents , test results for : FeLv , FIV ,Toxoplasma IgG & IgM, URI and parasites  . 

 

All of them have clear / negative status.

3) Our kittens will undergo several veterinarian checkups including blood test, abdominal ultrasound scans and receive age-appropriate shots before going to their new home. 

​

4) At IconicSX, we prioritise the well-being of our beloved Sphynx kittens and we are committed to ethical breeding practices. Due to this, all of our kittens go spayed/neutered to their new owners. Kittens rely on the environment they are exposed to in order to build their immunity and get adapted to their surroundings. This can cause stress and break down their immune systems, leaving them vulnerable to disease, if spayed or neutered in their new owner's home. You can read more here here

 

5) Our kittens leave for their forever homes from the age of  16 weeks old. This allows them to have the much-needed socialization, vaccination, and nurturing from mum and littermates before going to their various homes. The wait until this age enables us to ensure that our kittens are very well adjusted, confident, and emotionally ready for their new environments.

7) You can be added to the waiting list by filling out a contact questionnaire and paying a fully refundable waiting list deposit of £50. When the waiting list opens for deposits, to secure a kitten a non-refundable deposit of £500 is taken, discounted to £450 if you have previously paid the waiting list deposit. This deposit is transferable to another kitten or litter in case of changed circumstances.
If this is not possible due to an issue from our cattery, you will be given the option to either receive a refund or rollover to a later litter.​​

8) The cattery is running by appointments only , but if you are within a 10-hour distance and are unable to visit us to collect the kitten,  the kitten can be delivered to you when it is 4 months old or older . For longer distances, arrangements can be made for a kitten nanny  to fly the kitten to you.  Additional costs will apply for kittens' delivery.

9) The price for a Standard Eyed Kitten is  from £1500 , DBE (blue eyes) kitten from £1700 regardless of colour or gender . For odd eyed kittens price on request only. For older cats/ retired or breeding cats price is  determined individually.

 

10) Payment can be made via bank transfer on  collection only or 7 days before delivery within the UK. For abroad deliveries full amount and delivery fees must be paid before the travel is arranged. 

We do not accept cash or PayPal .

11) It is important to read the sales contract for more details and important information. The draft  will be sent to you before reservation.

 

12) At IconicSX we only breed our females once a year. Occasionally, older kittens may be available for sale if they are not being used in the breeding program. Contact us  to check for availability and to be placed on the waiting list.
